For over 20 years, Rémi Sermier has been assisting his clients in all aspects of art market law, from public law to civil and criminal law. He works on behalf of auction houses, galleries and collectors. Prior to this, he had spent eight years overseeing legal developments in this sector, as a project manager in the General Secretariat of the Government. He was a member of the Conseil des ventes, as a qualified personality. He is currently on the panel of arbitrators for the Court of Arbitration for Art.
