David Epaud is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris, as well as of Paris-Assas and Paris-Sceaux Universities. He joined the Paris Bar in 2004. He practiced for several years in the Paris office of a leading English law firm, then in various French law firms, before founding Pamina Avocats.

He has notably developed a practice focused on the execution of public contracts (penalties, late payments, alternative dispute resolution, etc.) and real estate law, at the intersection of public and private laws (public properties, pre-emptions and expropriations, construction permits, public works contracts, construction, court-appointed expert processes, and insurance).

He is currently head of the Sciences Po Paris alumni legal professions group. His working languages ​​are French and English.
