David Epaud hosts a roundtable at Sciences-Po on the transposition of the EU directive on restructuring and insolvency
On 22 March 2022 David Epaud, a partner with Pamina Avocats, hosted at the new Sciences-Po campus a roundtable for the lawyers’ group of the Sciences-Po alumni association, on the transposition of the EU directive on restructuring and insolvency. The debate was a rare chance to exchange experiences and viewpoints between France, Germany and Italy, with three experts: Reinhard Dammann, an associate professor at the Sciences-Po Law School, from the Paris Bar; Lisa Alice Julien, a partner with Grimaldi Studio Legale, from the Paris and Milan Bars; and Joachim Ponseck, a partner with Baker & McKenzie, from the Frankfurt Bar. Jointly sponsored by the association of the alumni of the Sciences-Po Law School, whose president Lucie Nzonza co-hosted the roundtable, the evening gathered 25 attendants for interventions that were both very interesting and cheerful.
