David Epaud organises a conference on cybersecurity

As head of the Law and Consulting Group of Sciences Po Alumni, the alumni association of Sciences Po Paris, David Epaud organized on June 27, 2024 with Clifford Chance (Grégory Sroussi, counsel, and Alexandre Balducci, lawyer within the TMT group), a conference on the operational and legal challenges of cybersecurity. The panel consisted of Olivier Menant (lawyer in charge of cybersecurity, TotalEnergies), Thomas Hutin (senior managing director, FTI) and Charles-Henri Boeringer (litigation partner, Clifford Chance). Regulatory framework, prevention and management of incidents, criminal and litigation follow-ups… The rich exchanges lasted close to two hours, with nearly 50 participants.
