Rémi Sermier appointed in the pool of arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration for Art

Rémi Sermier, founding partner of the Pamina Avocats law firm, is among the first professionals to be appointed to the pool of arbitrators of the Court of Arbitration for Art, as an art law expert.

Recently established by a joint initiative of the Netherlands Arbitration Institute and the Dutch foundation Authentication in Art, the Court of Arbitration for Art is a non-profit organisation dedicated to the resolution of disputes in the art world.
