His intervention in two criminal cases in particular is put forward by the newspaper. With Rémi Sermier, law firm Pamina Avocats assists art market players (auction houses, cultural institutions and private collectors, in France and abroad) on a daily basis for their deals, administrative proceedings and lawsuits. Rémi Sermier was a member of the regulatory body supervising auctions in France from 2001 to 2005.
