Business confidentiality should not unfairly restrain access to the market

In an article published by French newspaper Le Monde, David Epaud and Eric Ader explain that the protections for business confidentiality, currently being discussed by parliament, cannot become an opportunity to inhibit fair competition between economic actors. In the new judicial system being prepared, the preservation of the competitive equilibrium will depend on the will of the courts embracing the plan in all of its facets, and fully assuming their roles as regulators.
